Trafficking V2.0 – Updates on Scam Centers _Aug 8th 6:15PM EDT

Lance brings more than 35 years of U.S. federal law enforcement and international investigative experience to the fight against human trafficking, child exploitation, financial crime, and transnational criminal organizations. During his distinguished career with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), he led complex international investigations, built partnerships with law enforcement agencies around the world, and developed advanced training programs for federal, state, local, and international investigators.

As the DHS Attaché in Jerusalem, Lance established the first regional DHS/HSI office, strengthened international cooperation, and helped implement counter-financial crime and customs enforcement training across the region. In the United States, he also served as Resident Agent in Charge in Amarillo, Texas, where he founded and led the multi-agency Border Enforcement Security Task Force (BEST), overseeing major cross-border and domestic investigations.

A recognized Federal Law Enforcement Educator, Lance has organized national conferences on financial crimes and anti-trafficking, advised on investigative policy, and continues to work with Rotary International and nonprofit organizations dedicated to combating trafficking and protecting vulnerable populations.
