Welcome to the 2026-2027 Rotary year! We are off to a great start. I look forward to working with you as we lead in educating, advocating, and supporting all areas anti-human trafficking.
Updates
July 5, 2026 - CAAHT meeting celebrated accomplishments and received updates from chairs and comments from Past President Kristen Shook. We heard remarks from incoming President Usha Reddi and reviewed goals for 2026-2027.
July 20, 2026 - Kathleen Harnish and Karen Dickson with Remarkably Resilient presented on recovery and resources to heal from trauma.
Celebrations
We are one of 26 clubs that has received the distinction of being a Star Club by achieving our 2025-2026 Rotary International goals! Congratulations, Team CAAHT!
Rotary Districts 5710 and 6040 Anti-Human Trafficking committee held a Candlelight Vigil on July 5th at Loose Park in Kansas City to bring awareness to the issue and to show support to survivors. The event was picked up by two TV stations. Below are links to the two TV news items.
